Pet of the Week

My very first pet on Webkinz World was Mei-Lei. I didn't know a lot about WW but Cousin Steffy had an account and I had been going on her account and playing with her pet penguin named Bubbles. I had so much fun taking her to school, gardening and playing games that I decided I wanted a pet of my own.

Last July the pet of the month was the Cheeky Monkey and I had already told myself that if I had my own pet, I would like to have a monkey, so it just seemed like the perfect time to open my own account. I went to the local Hallmark here in our mall to look at them on July 2nd but they were already out of all they had ordered. The nice lady who is the owner said, "they have the Cheeky Monkey next door at F.Y.E, though".

She actually took me over to the store and showed me what the Cheeky Monkey looked like and everything. I couldn't believe she was so nice to do that but that is the story of how I started playing with Mei-Lei on Webkinz World. She is definitely my favorite pet and will probably always be.
